Celebrating nurses as champions of presence

The highlight of this year was undoubtedly the 'Morning of presence and connection' that we celebrated with the wonderful nursing team of an oncology unit and colleagues from HeamOncoCare and Activo Health. We had the privilege of shadowing this team of nurses, and learnt much about presence from the caring and wise way they engage with patients and with one another and fellow health care providers. During our morning of presence and connection, we reflected on presence and we celebrated this family of nurses as champions of presence. This morning was made possible by colleagues from HeamOncoCare and Activo health who are also passionate about presence.
